Nominate Our Next Seed Recipient!

The African Diaspora Art Museum of Atlanta (ADAMA) would to extend a special invitation to you. We would be honored if you would serve as a nominator for our 2nd Annual Flowers x Seeds award. This award was created to recognize visionary artists who celebrate and advance the art and culture of the African diaspora.

The annual gala is a two-fold celebration. We "give flowers" to an under-recognized yet established visual artist, and we "plant a seed" for an emerging visual artist based in Georgia.

In light of your expertise and valuable perspective, we are particularly interested in having you nominate two candidates for our “Seed” award. We invite you to consider practicing artists who have shown a consistent dedication to their professional practice, and whose works notably contribute to our understanding and representation of the African diaspora.
