As one of the youngest black women to lead a major real estate development firm, I have dedicated my career to how we build space, hold space, and make space for the generation coming behind us.
For me that means physical space, as I manage the design, construction, and development of sustainable housing, but it also means communal space — the ties that bind us, things that bring us together, and the legacies we leave behind. I love working with ADAMA because of our shared commitment in the future of how we see ourselves as a people and the cultural inheritance we are building. ADAMA’s mission understands the spaces we build are simultaneously building us, and as a Black woman entrepreneur, community leader, and mother of two young boys, I want to be a part of making sure that space is built to last.
